These images have been sort of lingering around my desktop for several days now. Sometimes I just get hooked on certain photographs; they steal my attention. The first image, for example: Something about a gap-toothed smile charms me marvelously. And I thoroughly delight in the fact that Natalia looks like a glamourously tragic crow in the second. The third I just love simply because I want that damn AA dress. And the rich, contrasting colors in the last photograph are tantalizing. They way the little black dots dapple across her skin and hair...dreamy.

The latest collaborative installation by myself and my soulmate, Joy Newell.

We wanted to play around with flash film photography and colored filters.

So obvs we had to mandate the usage of Kiss Me Coral.

random wardrobe choice include a cluster of feathers worn as a headpiece, f21 bubble dress and cargo romper, vintage metallic drape top, citizens of humanity avedon skinnies, aldo mary jane wedges, and jeffrey campbell miracle wedges.

Yes I am wearing leggings as pants. It happens. I dig it. Moving on.

Well, almost moving on. I would like to quickly make a note that leggings are perhaps one of my favorite part of fall wardrobing as they are ludicrously comfortable and easy and chic and show off my bum.

Let's be honest.

Hokay. So. Worn with an F21 blouse with sheer side panels and some cheapy piece of cheap heels I bought from some cheap mall store at some point and messy hair (as is per usual).

Hokay I'm bored of myself now.

A few mock-catalogue shots from last sunday with the love of my life.

Typically any period of lazying-about with my one and only results in picture taking. Pretty standard. We certainly had fun with different lighting about the house. Not to mention the weather has been beautiful. The sort of in-between mixture of both buttery warm and sunny and crisply cool and breezy. You wear a tank top and you're fine. You throw on a cozy sweater and you're set. I'm all about it.
